MGCC: Be JAY TABLANTE’s Cosplay Model Contest

In part of the upcoming Malaysian Games and Comics Convention, Jay Tablante will be holding a contest — “Be Jay Tablante’s Cosplay Model”. For more MGCC news and updates, check here.

Contest Rules & Regulations (Please read carefully):

1. This contest is open to all Malaysian residents, aged 15 and above. Those who are below 18 years of age, please get your parent’s/guardian’s consent before entering.

2. Contest will be officially launched on April 14- 29, 2012. Photo submissions will be accepted during this period. Late entries after April 29 will not be entertained.

3. Photo submissions must be 600×900 in resolution.

4. All photo submissions must be accompanied by the contestant’s full name, email address, brief costume description and an original source image for comparison.

5. Photo submissions will be judged based on 1. Faithfulness to source material, 2. Creativity/Craftsmanship and 3. Camera Projection/Acting Ability.

6. The top 10 Semi-Finalists will be announced on April 30 and the top 3 Finalists will be announced on May 04.

7. The top 3 Finalists will be emailed a question and based on their response, the Winner will be announced on May 08.

8. All submissions will be posted by the administrators on this group FB page.

9. The Winner of this contest will receive a certificate, be Jay Tablante’s Cosplay model for his Photography masterclass on May 18, 2012 and also take part in his Cosplay photo-shoot on May 19, 2012 at the Malaysian Games and Comics Convention.
